With the purchase of any of Our products, you are entitled to the usage of the download item for yourself or any client work. Nrdly, LLC reserves the right to change or remove (temporarily or permanently) this website, or any part of it, without notice and you confirm that Nrdly, LLC shall not be liable to you for any such change or removal.   1. Keap (Infusionsoft), for marketing emails to people who have consented to be on our mailing list for marketing and information purposes. We only share name and email address with them, and only when you have consented for this information to be shared, like when you sign up for our newsletter.
  2. Stripe, for secure payment processing. We do not, and will never, store any payment card details.

We don’t share any personally identifying information publicly or with third-parties, except when required to by law  or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g. a court or a government agency).
